A pair of warehouses in the Black Country have been sold.
Polydrain Civils has acquired the adjoining units in West Bromwich.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed but Units 1 & 2 Ridgacre Road were on the market with a guide price of £3 million.
The two long leasehold units, which span 61,484 sq ft on a three-acre site, are close to the A41 Black Country New Road.
Polydrain Civils, which is based in Oldbury, specialises in water management services and will use the warehouses for its own occupation.
Property agency Watling Real Estate sold the units on behalf of a client.
Chris Davies, a director in its Birmingham office, said: "The sale has allowed our client to consolidate their operations into an existing facility while providing much-needed space for the purchaser to expand their operations and strengthen their presence in the region.
